The lore

On September 9, 1995, the CIA declassified a body of documents relating to a program known as Stargate — the government's formal investigation into remote viewing and anomalous cognition as intelligence assets. The program had run under multiple names: GONDOLA WISH, GRILL FLAME, CENTER LANE, SUN STREAK. The research predated the Carter administration and outlasted Reagan's.

Stargate was not fringe research. The Stanford Research Institute conducted the primary experimental work. Congress funded it. The Defense Intelligence Agency managed it for over a decade. When the program was terminated and declassified, the CIA's review found statistical evidence for anomalous information transfer that exceeded chance at a level the reviewers acknowledged was real.

What they disputed was utility. Whether a signal that exists can be operationally deployed. Whether the mechanism can be reversed — moved from receiving to transmission.

The blueprint on this tee is a diagram of infrastructure. It does not indicate what flows through it. That determination belongs to whoever commissioned the next phase of the program — the one that has not been declassified yet.
